Heiter Iska in a Bank Account

Question

I am opening a bank account. Is a general Heiter Iska that the bank wrote sufficient, or is it better to demand to sign a private Heiter Iska with the bank? (Heiter Iska is a document that turns a loan into an investment, thus allowing the lender to charge an interest on it.)

Answer

It is preferable to sign your personal Heiter Iska with the bank.
