Prayer with a minyan or on time

Question

If a person is staying in a place where the only minyan (a quorum of ten men who assemble for prayer) prays before daybreak (netz), but after dawn (alos a-shachar). There is no other minyan afterwards. What’s better for him to do, to pray with this minyan, or to wait until daybreak? Thank you

Answer

If this person just happens to find himself in this place once, he should pray by himself at daybreak. But if he lives there permanently, he should join the minyan.
