Beauty Treatment Before Shabbat

Can I get a beauty treatment on Friday morning which I can not wash off until after shabbat? It's a lash lift

There is no problem to have such procedures done before Shabbat. This is especially true in your case where nothing need be done on Shabbos. Indeed, washing off makeup and cosmetics on Shabbat could be problematic.
