A House with No Remembrance of the Destruction

Question

A house was built by a Jewish company, and the Arab workers did not leave a cubit by a cubit at the entrance of the house unpainted, as a remembrance of the Destruction of the Temple. Is it considered to have been done in violation and needs to be peeled, or is it considered to have been done by a non-Jew? And if there is no need to peel, when repainting the house, should one also peel the plaster or just leave a cubit by a cubit without the new paint? Thank you very much.

Answer

Dear …!
Since the Jewish builder did not act according to the law in that he did not instruct his workers to leave a remembrance of the destruction, the buyer needs to peel the paint.
