Hunger and Weakness while Fasting

Question

I feel fine, I'm just hungry, but I have a hemoglobin level of 9.1. Should I fast or not? I'm afraid to break the fast like this. I would appreciate an answer as to whether this is considered being sick or not.

Answer

If you are just hungry, but holding up, and not lying in bed due to extreme weakness, it is permitted to continue the fast. [It ends in less than 5 hours]. If you are very weak, to the point that you need to lie down, eat and drink immediately.
