Taking Ritalin on Tisha B'Av

Is it permissible to take the medication Ritalin on Tisha B'Av?
Answer
Without water, it is permissible. If it must be taken with water, it is only allowed if there is a need to take the Ritalin, and then the water should be made bitter.
