Recitation of the Song 'Tzur Mishelo' in place of Grace After Meals

If one is uncertain whether he recited the Grace After Meals on Shabbat, can he rely, after the fact, on the piyyut 'Tzur Mishelo'?

One cannot rely on this, as his intention was clearly not to fulfill his obligation of Grace After Meals with it. [For he intended to recite the Grace After Meals afterwards].
