Unsure if She Recited Birkat Hamazon

Question

A woman who is unsure if she recited Birkat Hamazon, what should she do?

Answer

In the Mishnah Berurah, it is written that ideally, she should eat a kezayit of bread, wash her hands without a blessing, recite 'Hamotzi', and then Birkat Hamazon. If there is no bread, she does not recite the blessing.
