When is a statement considered a vow
Question
I was at a meal and said, 'I will not eat from this dish,' and later I wanted to eat from it. Is this considered a vow not to eat?
Answer
Shalom and blessings
Since you did not use the language of a vow, it is not considered a vow, and you are permitted to eat from it.
