After the wedding, I started wearing Rabbeinu Tam tefillin. Currently, I don't feel like continuing. Do I need a release from vows, and if so, can I rely on the release from vows on the eve of Rosh Hashanah?

It is not sufficient to rely on the general release from vows on the eve of Rosh Hashanah.
