Photographing a Person Without His Knowledge

Question

Is it permitted to photograph someone without his knowledge and send the photo to someone else, if he has not done anything wrong or anything of that sort, and it is in a public place?

Answer

Hello and blessings

If it does not bother the person being photographed, it is permitted. If it does bother him, it is forbidden because of “Love your fellow as yourself.”
