Can a man discharge a woman’s obligation

האם דווקא הבעל/האבא יכול להוציא את אשתו/בנותיו, או גם הילדים/האחים? ואם אפשר אבל האם זה גם לכתחילה

Shalom u’vracha,
Any person can discharge the obligation of another person who is obligated in the same mitzvah.
This applies to both men and women.
The source for this is the principle that “all Israel are responsible for one another.”
