Pronouncing God's Name During Study

Question

Is it true that when studying Mishnah, Gemara, and Midrashim, it is permitted to pronounce the names Adnut and Elokim explicitly, even if it is half a verse or not part of a verse at all? And if so, is it also permitted in places where there are multiple versions?
