Moving a Pot from the Yard to the Balcony during the Shemitah
Question
I moved a pot from the yard to the open balcony, did I violate a prohibition, and can I return it?
Answer
Moving a pot that was on the ground to a paved area [and it is permitted to do so during the Shemitah year as it reduces its nourishment] - it is forbidden to return it to its original place [as it increases the nourishment again].
