The Law of a Pot Placed on a Balcony

What is the law regarding a pot on a sun balcony?

Answer

A pot, whether perforated or not, that is on an uncovered balcony is considered as if it is on the ground, and it is forbidden to perform work with it during the Sabbatical year.
