According to the site’s rules, questions on personal matters may be asked only in “Personal Mode,” which is a paid track.
Therefore, in the dashboard, a question of this type that has not been paid for does not appear to the responding rabbis as a question designated for an answer.
If you arrange the payment in the system, the question will be forwarded to the rabbis for a response.
