Reserving a Seat for a Friend
Question
Is it permissible to reserve a seat in the yeshiva for a friend?
P.S. Many seats in the yeshiva are reserved for others.

Everything depends on the decision of the yeshiva administration. The act of reserving itself is not an acquisition and does not relate to the issue of seizing a place for a creditor when it harms others (Bava Metzia 10) in Tosafot and Ramban there and Choshen Mishpat, siman 105
