Hello! I am a 10-year-old boy studying in a Talmud Torah. In our class, there is a student who is excellent at ball games, and it bothers the other children because they never win against him. Now I have a ball that all the children in the class play with. Am I allowed to forbid him from using the ball because it bothers and disturbs everyone? Or is it forbidden because it would hurt him?

It is forbidden to hurt him.
You should talk to him about a way not to disturb others. [For example, decide that he should pass the ball to another child after each turn].
