Maaser for Parents
Question
Hello.
May one give parents who are marrying off their children money from maaser funds, even though they manage their monthly expenses; that is, even the loans they took for the weddings they are repaying in convenient installments and not with great difficulty?

If indeed their situation is that they make ends meet without financial strain, one may not give them charity funds.
