Notebooks with Holy Pages

I would like to ask: Can the remaining pages in a children's notebook, from which the holy pages have been removed, be used for secular purposes? Can the rest be thrown in the trash?

If the intention was that only what is written is holy, then the rest can be used for secular purposes and also thrown in the trash.
Even if this was not explicitly stated, but it is a common practice, it is considered as if it was stipulated.
