Tearing at the Western Wall

Question

I was at the Western Wall exactly 30 days ago. The question is whether for tearing at the Wall, one needs 30 days excluding the previous visit day, or including it.

Answer

After 30 days, excluding the previous visit day and excluding the current day, meaning 32 days including 2 visit days.
