Bookkeeping for Shabbat Violations

Question

I work in bookkeeping at a company.

I wanted to know whether there is any problem with recording in the company’s bookkeeping:
 1. Expense invoices whose invoice date is Shabbat.
 2. An invoice for travel or parking that took place on Shabbat, Heaven forbid.

It should be noted that with expense invoices, the company also receives a VAT refund, and this reduces the taxes that the company must pay to the income tax authorities.

 Thank you very much

Answer

Hello and blessings.

There is no prohibition against managing these accounts.
