Operating a Hi Robot on Shabbat
Question
Is it permissible to set a Hi Robot (quiet washer) to wash on Shabbat night (when all the family members are asleep)?
Answer
Hello and best wishes.
Since it is not customary on weekdays to operate the washing by a timer for a later time, it is forbidden.
