I suffer from chronic fatigue, and therefore I take medication every day—a pill that helps me stay awake. My question is whether I may take this pill also on Shabbat and on Rosh Hashanah?

The pill should be mixed into food or drink before Shabbat, in a way that it will not be noticeable.
