Shabbat – a remedy for ‘shalom bayit’

Is it permitted to take a Fildena pill on Shabbat for the sake of shalom bayit (marital harmony)?

Shalom and blessings
The pill should be mixed into food or drink before Shabbat, in a way that it is not recognizable as a medicine. In this manner it may be taken on Shabbat.
