Mixing Honey and Onion on Shabbos

Shalom Rabbi, can I mix onion and honey on Shabbos to help with a sore throat?

Shalom uVracha,
If it is eaten right away, there is no prohibition of preparing a remedy on Shabbos.
Provided that healthy people also sometimes eat it.
