Shalom, Rabbi. This coming Shabbat will be the first day of the festival of Sukkot, and the following Shabbat will be Simchat Torah. Is it permissible already today to study Shnayim Mikra Ve-Echad Targum for next week’s parashah?

One who reads Shnayim Mikra Ve-Echad Targum for Parashat VeZot HaBerachah from Minchah of Shabbat Parashat Ha’azinu fulfills his obligation.
However, the preferred time lechatchilah is from the night of Hoshana Rabbah, and some say that its preferred time lechatchilah is only from the night of Simchat Torah.
