Liquid Gel on Shabbat

Is it permissible to use a water-based lubricant gel that is relatively liquid on Shabbat?

Hello,
It is difficult to answer a general definition of 'relatively liquid'.
The rule is that if it does not flow when placed on a surface, it should not be used.
If it flows but is only oily, it is permitted.
