How can diapers be changed for babies on Shabbat?
If extensive wiping and moist materials are required.

Hello,
It is permissible to wet the soiled area of the body to facilitate the wiping of the dirt.
However, it is forbidden to wet a garment or paper and use them to wipe the body, as this inevitably leads to squeezing.
The best method is to wash the dirt with water by hand, and then wipe with paper or a garment.
