Removing a Label from Clothing on Shabbat

I would like to ask if it is permitted on Shabbat to remove a label from a baby's clothing?

Hello,
It is permitted to remove a label attached to clothing with a plastic thread or similar. However, it is forbidden to remove a label that is sewn into the clothing.
