Hail – muktzeh on Shabbat?
Question
Shalom Rav,
On the last Friday night it hailed, and my grandchildren collected pieces of hail from the balcony into a cup.
Is hail that falls on Shabbat considered muktzeh?

Hail that falls on Shabbat is not muktzeh.
[Just as rain that falls on Shabbat is not muktzeh].
