Kali Tzom on Shabbat

This year when Tisha bav is on Sunday, can one take Kali tzom pills or drops on Shabbat before the fast?

HaGaon Harav Fried Shalita rules that Tzom Kal pills may be taken on Shabbat if they are diluted or otherwise mixed into food or drink before Shabbos in a way that it is not noticeable, so that it is not apparent that one is actually taking the pill.
