Taking Medicinal Suppositories on Shabbat

Question

Hi,
To try and get rid of an infection that’s really bothering me, I want to try using suppositories. The course involves taking 14 suppositories (2 per day).

Is it permitted to use them on Shabbos as well?

Any treatment that requires consecutive days may be continued on Shabbos.
