Lighting Candles Before Plag HaMincha
Question
I was in Jerusalem for Rosh Hashanah and lit candles at Plag HaMincha. It seemed to me that Plag was at 5:05, and later I saw that I lit according to Plag, which was at 5:10.

One does not fulfill the obligation of lighting candles before Plag HaMincha. Also, the festival does not commence for you at this time.
According to the law, you should have lit again.
