Place of Lighting Candles for a Guest
Question
A couple staying with parents for Shabbat, where should the woman light Shabbat candles?
Answer
In both places, one fulfills the obligation, but it is preferable at the place of eating. If lighting in the sleeping area, ensure the candles are burning when returning home, and eat something by the candlelight.
