The Measure of a Cup for Blessing

Hello,
Is a measure of 86 cc and most of the cup sufficient for Kiddush, Havdalah, and the four cups of Passover?

Hello and happy holidays
Initially, one should be stringent and use the larger measure, but for rabbinic commandments, one may be lenient and use the smaller measure.
