3D Printing on Shabbat
Question
I need to print a computer 3D design, and it takes many hours. Is it permissible to start the software before Shabbat, allowing the printer to operate on its own during Shabbat, so that it will be ready after Shabbat?

If the operation of the printer is initiated only on the eve of Shabbat, and during Shabbat everything operates on its own, it is permitted.
