Compulsiveness - Pulling Skin and Hair on Shabbat

Hello, I have OCD that causes me to pull out hair, skin, and skin from my lips. I am in treatment, but sometimes I still pull, even on Shabbat. Is this considered desecration of Shabbat?

It is forbidden to pull off skin or pull out hair on Shabbat.
If, because of the illness, you are compelled to do this, and it is not under your control, it is considered a transgression committed under duress, for which one is not punished.
