Granulated and Instant Coffee — Preparation on Shabbat

Question

Is there a difference regarding Shabbat between granulated coffee, such as Jacob's, Taster's Choice, and Elite, and powdered instant coffee? Is there a concern in either of them of baking after cooking?

Answer

Greetings and blessings 

Both granulated coffee and instant coffee are fully cooked, and are not baked or roasted.
