Is it permitted to prepare an instant noodle cup on Shabbat?
As far as I know, the noodles underwent full cooking and drying at the factory; adding the hot water is intended only to restore their moisture and heat, and not to cook them anew.

It is forbidden to prepare an instant noodle cup on Shabbat.
Although the noodles have indeed already been cooked, there are still many other ingredients there that have not been cooked.
