Using Hot Water on Shabbat

Hello,
If a person sees on Shabbat a faucet set to hot water, is it permissible to turn it to cold and open it? Knowing that probably in the first few seconds hot water will come out until the cold arrives.

Hello
There is no prohibition for hot water to come out, unless the hot water will cook the cold water it touches.
Under normal circumstances, there is no concern that it will cook other water.
[In case there is doubt whether hot water will come out, and it is not his intention, the ruling depends on the dispute among the later authorities regarding 'doubtful psik reisha'].
