Saying "Baruch Hamavdil" in the Bathroom

Question

Entered the bathroom on Shabbat, and during his stay there, Shabbat ended. Can he say 'Baruch Hamavdil' and cut paper?

Answer

It is forbidden, but he may cut with a change using the elbow, not at the marked place.
