Reciting 'Baruch Hamavdil' in an Unclean Place

Question

Entered the restroom on Shabbat, and during his stay there, Shabbat ended, and he has no cut paper. Can he say 'Baruch Hamavdil' and cut paper?

Answer

It is forbidden, but he may cut with his elbow.
