Techum between Jerusalem and Hadassah Ein Kerem

Is it known to you, honored Rabbi, whether one crosses the techum when traveling on Shabbat from Jerusalem to Hadassah Ein Kerem? This is about a (possible) trip for a woman in labor, and it is clear that there are several halachic ramifications if it is outside the techum. Also, is it permitted to walk from Jerusalem to Ein Kerem or the other way around? Many thanks.
