A “Braille” Wristwatch
Question
A non-digital “Braille” wristwatch — may a blind person wear it on Shabbat and go out with it into the public domain in a place where there is no eruv?

It is permitted to wear it and use it on Shabbat — like any watch, since it is a utensil whose primary use is permitted.
However, it is forbidden to go out with it on Shabbat into the public domain, since it is not considered a “garment” or “jewelry,” but rather a functional utensil.
