Shabbat Actions - in Replays

Is it permissible to watch replays of broadcasts that were aired on Shabbat, such as targeted eliminations, etc.?

According to the instructions of the Gaon, Rabbi Amram Fried, shlita, in recordings that are not intended for sale, but only for free viewing, there is no prohibition after Shabbat, and it is not considered a Shabbat action.
