Hair in the Plate - Shabbat

Hello,
if a person finds a hair in their plate on Shabbat, how should they act?

Hello,
One should eat the food and leave the hair in the plate.
It is permissible to hold the hair with a hand or a utensil to keep it in place and prevent it from moving with the food being taken.
