Annulment of Many Vows
Question
I wanted to ask about the annulment of vows.
Unfortunately, I made many vows, and I see that this has already become problematic; regrettably, I have somewhat violated some vows.
The question is whether it is possible to perform a general annulment of vows for all the vows, with the basis for annulment being that if I had known I would not be serious enough in fulfilling the vows, I would not have made them.
The main question is whether all the vows must be specified, since I do not remember them all, and what the law is if there were also vows involving prohibitions among the vows.

Answer
Shalom u’vrachah.
What you remember, specify.
And what you do not remember, state in general terms.
