Placing Blank Pages in a Holy Book

Is there an issue with placing a blank notebook at the end of the book?
Answer
It is forbidden to place blank pages in a book, even at its end.

Mishnah Berurah, Siman 154, Se'if Katan 31, which states: "One should not leave notebooks that do not contain words of Torah in a book, nor anything else."
