Vatican Visit

Question

My family will be visiting Rome and we are interested in seeing art by the old masters. Museums are on the schedule, but several of us would like to see Michaelangelo's Sistine chapel. Is it permitted for us to enter for that purpose?

Answer

Shalom!

Thank you for your question.

It is forbidden to enter a Church, same too one it is forbidden to take pictures of a church or to look at the clock.
